Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund for unopened products or a replacement for faulty products. These will have to be returned within 14 days of arrival. All goods provided must be in their original, unopened and unused condition.
Please follow these steps to return your goods:
- Please email us at email@example.com to inform us that you wish to return an item and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. Please provide us with your customer order number, which is found on the email confirming your order, and details of the item you wish to return.
- Please return your package via Royal Mail on recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) to GENIE Beauty, C/O Graphters Ltd, 41 Holmethorpe Avenue, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 2NB.
- All returned goods will be examined upon receipt and for hygiene purposes, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and notify you via email once your refund or replacement has been processed.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges on our products.
